Invest

JJCAP generally invests from €25,000 to €1 million. This indicative range depends on the transaction and our investment capacity.

From pre-seed to LBO · France and international

  • Supporting the early development of innovative businesses according to their maturity and needs.

  • Financing the development of established businesses or considering share purchases from existing shareholders.

  • Acquisitions, ownership transitions, LBOs, OBOs and buy-and-build strategies, with a majority or minority stake and a role tailored to the transaction.

  • JJCAP also invests in real estate. Transactions involving several partners are subject to a separate assessment and documentation.

  • Opportunities assessed case by case where our experience and involvement can contribute to the project.

  • Strategic and financial analysis, valuation, preparation for negotiations and coordination with the company’s advisers.

  • Forecasts, cash requirements and preparation for discussions with financial counterparties. Any regulated service requires an appropriate framework and an authorised professional.

  • Financial management, reporting and decision preparation. Depending on the assignment, JJCAP may take on an executive mandate or a governance role.

  • France, Spain, the Maghreb, French-speaking Africa, Latin America and the United States. Subsidiaries, go-to-market and distribution.

We support business development, organisation and entry into new markets.
