JJCAP generally invests from €25,000 to €1 million. This indicative range depends on the transaction and our investment capacity.

JJCAP invests for its own account, directly or through investment vehicles.

Depending on the project, JJCAP may invest alongside other investors. Each party’s commitment and role are defined for the transaction.

    Supporting the early development of innovative businesses according to their maturity and needs.

    Growth & secondary

    Financing the development of established businesses or considering share purchases from existing shareholders.

    Private equity

    Acquisitions, ownership transitions, LBOs, OBOs and buy-and-build strategies, with a majority or minority stake and a role tailored to the transaction.

    Real estate

    JJCAP also invests in real estate. Transactions involving several partners are subject to a separate assessment and documentation.
